“I’ll fight for you but I won’t compete”: Angel Locsin shares sentiments on begging for love.




Angel Locsin’s life as a public figure is an open book. Her success story even her heartbreaks are out there, accessible through the internet in just one touch. You can read about her ups and downs, the day she’s very much in love and the day she’s very heartbroken. You can also read how she rise above every heartbreak until she found the man she’ll spend the rest of her life with.


With all these stories of love, did Angel Locsin ever beg for someone to stay in her life? That’s what she answered on one of her Gandang Gabi Vice guestings way back 2016 with Zanjoe Marudo and Sam Milby for their move ‘The Third Party.’


“Isa ka sa pinakamaganda sa Pilipinas at isa ka sa pinaka sexy sa buong mundo, nagawa na ba ni Angel Locsin ‘yun? Yung magmakaawa na “wag mo ‘kong iwan, tayo na lang ulit”” Vice Ganda asked.

Angel Locsin then shared her sentiments on begging for love and said “Hindi siguro sa ganyang linya. Aayusin ko, itatry kong ayusin lahat. I’ll fight for you but I won’t compete. ‘Pag dumating sa point na parang kailangan ako mag beg parang hindi na yata pagmamahal ‘yun e for me.”

“Feeling ko it’s so selfish na pilitin ko ‘yung tao na mahalin ako ‘pag hindi nya na kaya akong mahalin” she added.


On the same interview Sam Milby and Zanjoe Marudo said that they have done it. They begged for love and are willing to do it again.

There’s really no right or wrong when it comes to fighting for your love. Love is love and no one’s gonna teach you how to make your relationship work or what to do if it didn’t. You just learn from experience and your past mistakes.

Angel Locsin may have gone through a number of heartbreaks but in the end she still found love that’s meant for her. Someone whom she did not have to beg to stay because he promised to be by her side for the rest of her life.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
