Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis and other celebrities donate their taping beds to Angel Locsin's "Donate a Bed" project.




"Donate a Bed" is Angel Locsin's project in response to the crisis that we are facing right now.


Together with her fiance and some friends, they aim to put up sleeping tents for health workers in the frontlines.


On her Instagram account, the actress appeal to her industry friends to donate their spare beds or taping beds to be used for the project and her friends did not fail her as they generously share their beds for the health workers.


While setting up the tents, Angel Locsin took to her Instagram stories to express her gratitude to her friends in the industry who donated their beds.




Among the stars who supported Angel Locsin in this project are: the unkabogable Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis Smith-Heussaff, Bea Alonzo, Angelica Panganiban, Paulo Avelino, Pocholo Barretto, Ryza Cenon and Arlene Muhlach. Ria Atayde and Ms. Lorna Tolentino also send blankets and pillows in support for the project.


The air-conditioned sleeping tents were turned over to the local government unit of Taguig after two days of hard work.


It can now be used by our health workers who's affected by limited transportation due to the enhanced community quarantine.


Taguig LGU will provide shuttle service from Lake shore Taguig where the sleeping tents are situated to and from their workplace.


Mission accomplished for Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team! It was a successful project that most of our health workers will surely benefit from.


Apart from Taguig, the actress said that they are willing to do the same in some other cities so long as they can get the support of its local government unit.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
