Angel Locsin and Neil Arce visit evacuees at Baybay City Senior High School in Leyte




It has been a busy couple of months for the country as we are nearing the presidential election. People have their own bets and as we all know, Angel Locsin has been so outspoken in supporting the only woman in the presidential bets, VP Leni Robredo.


She joined some of her campaign rallies and house to house campaigns! But in the midst of all these, our countrymen in the northern part of the country got hit by a devastating calamity that left them in need of help and as per usual, Angel Locsin came to help.


Right after their vacation during the holy week, Angel and Neil flew straight to Baybay Leyte to visit victims of typhoon Agaton.




The actress donated relief goods and helped repacking relief packs in Baybay LeniKiko Volunteer Center with Baybay youth for Leni, RPC, and other volunteers that was distributed to survivors of the massive landslide in Brgy. Bunga Baybay City.


They distributed blankets, towels, underwear, hygiene kits, face masks, sanitary pads, ready to eat food packs, rice, toys, art materials, candies, plates, utensils, cooking utensils, and more.


Angel Locsin's visit in Tacloban and some areas devastated by typhoon Agaton has been circulating online and easily became one of the most talked about this week which is a no surprise considering the number of relief operations she's done. These photos further show how compassionate and genuine she really is.


Dubbed as real-life Darna, Angel continuously shows that compassion can go a long way and all we need is to show a genuine concern to people to make this world a better place.

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans. On her Instagram post, the actress expressed her gratitude to more than 100 volunteers who helped them repack food packs and hygiene kits.
