Angel Locsin and Neil Arce give one lucky viewer 20,000 cash as a Christmas gift!




We all are aware of how the pandemic affected the country and its people. It has been hard for everyone some maybe more than the others. It is a no secret that people have been struggling these past years but despite the challenges we’ve been through, we Filipinos love celebrating Christmas in any way we can.

On their recent vlog, Angel Locsin and Neil Arce with the help of their friend and one of the country’s best event stylists Randy Lazaro, upcycled their 12 year old Christmas tree and while doing so, they shared stories of how their family celebrate Christmas and Randy shared it is not a tradition to theirs for they don’t have enough money.


“So while we were making DIY Christmas decors on our last episode of The Angel and Neil Channel, event stylist, Randy Lazaro shared that celebrating Christmas was not a tradition in their household growing up dahil sa hirap ng buhay nila before.”


“I admit I felt a bit insensitive. As we were decorating our home, there is someone who might not be able to celebrate Christmas this year. “ the actress shared.




“Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying we shouldn’t celebrate or share our Christmas preparations. I’m a sucker for celebrations and I believe everyone should be rejoicing the birth of Jesus Christ.” she added.


Because of this, the actress together with her husband surprise one lucky viewer and made their christmas merrier with a gift of Php20,000 cash!


“That is why I wanted to somehow help make someone else’s Christmas a bit merrier. Na kahit isang pamilya lang, maramdaman nila ang diwa ng pasko at maipaalala sa kanila na buhay ang Christmas miracle. And this person doesn’t need to be a subscriber. Just the first person na nabasa ko ang comment at kwento. And we found her,” Angel wrote.


Angel Locsin has always been mindful and sensitive of other people’s situation. She acknowledges her privilege and never fail to extend a helping hand to those who need it the most and this kind of random act of kindness is not surprising at all for she always think of others and always think of the best possible way she can help!

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
