Make your day count: Angel Locsin packs boxes of goods for SOS Children’s Village

We oftentimes hear people say “It’s okay not to be okay” and in this time of pandemic and with the scheme of things that we have to go through and its effect to our physical and mental health, we sometimes feel so down and unproductive and that’s okay. It’s just normal to feel hopeless at times, even those whom you thought already have everything also have bad days, those who seem to have positive outlook and always smiling feel that way, even Angel Locsin who seemed to be at her happiest feels down sometimes.

On their YouTube channel, Angel Locsin and Neil Arce shared a 6 minute video showing everything that she’s doing during the pandemic and spilling the truth about having a bad day or a lazy day.

How it is okay to feel down, feel lazy, and do nothing but sleep, eat, and binge-watch your favorite show all day but still reminded everyone that one bad day is not the end of it, tomorrow is another day.

The actress also reminded everyone to “do things that you love” and as we all know, for Angel, this includes helping others.

On the same short video, the actress showed how they prepared and packed boxes of canned goods, milk, vitamins, alcohol and other necessities which will be donated to SOS Children’s Village which is a private, non-political, non-denominational organization that provides long-term family-based care to children in need, the same village Angel and Dimples visited 2 years ago.

We all know how seeing someone smile because of you feels like, it definitely will be logged as a good day. Don’t forget to count and share your blessings especially to children who need extra help and care in this time of pandemic.
