Angel Locsin just recently became the talk of the town because of the recent photos she shared on her Instagram account. These photos showed her leaner physique and people can’t help but gush over how fast she’s losing weight and on another post, the actress explained how posing the right way can make you look slimmer
“Hello everyone! About my recent post that became viral, first, I want to say that knowing how to pose the right way can help you look slimmer. I think everyone who posts ootd’s or watched Top model knows this 😉” she said.
She then gave empowering and encouraging words to people who are struggling but working hard to be healthier and reminded everyone to take their time and follow their own pace.
“So for those struggling to lose that extra weight, please don’t feel pressured. I tell you that I understand that it’s not easy, having been fighting weight gain for years. Pressure did not and will not help. Just take your time. Your body, your rules. Just don’t forget to love every inch of you in the process, no matter what other people may say. You are more than your weight or how you look. What’s important is how you feel and think of yourself. Shine. Don’t let the perception of others dim your light. I know you are trying. I know it’s hard. I understand,” the actress wrote.
Angel Locsin‘s dedication and motivation is inspiring and it is a no surprise that people got inspired with her transformation but it is also important to note that as what she wrote on her post, everyone has their own pace and pressure did not and will not help.
