Whether we admit it or not, society will judge you in many ways but one of the main ones is how you look especially to those who are under the spotlight all the time just like Angel Locsin.


Over the years, we have seen Angel be on the cover of magazines, be the sexiest woman in the country not once but twice and even got recognized internationally in MTV Australia’s Sexiest Nationalities. And while she’s dominating prints and lay-outs, she also soared high on TV with her series that doesn’t only showcased her acting prowess but also showed her perfect figure.


People are used to seeing Angel be on her sexiest until everything changed because of her back injury that got so severe she has to get surgery for it out of the country.




Since then, she can no longer do strenuous activities and workout as much as before which resulted to a noticeable change on her figure and some naysayers have a field day pointing it out and shaming her because of it.


Just recently, the actress shared her progress in getting back in shape and people have been raving about how fast she lost weight and how big of a difference her physique was compared to a few months back.


The actress then clarified that finding the right angle helped for her to look slimmer but also shared some insightful thoughts on losing weight, dealing with pressure, encourage everyone to follow their own pace, reminded her followers to love themselves.

Mayor Isko to Angel Locsin, “Mabasa ka sana ng ulan para dumami ka pa.”

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans. On her Instagram post, the actress expressed her gratitude to more than 100 volunteers who helped them repack food packs and hygiene kits.
