Angel Locsin talks about her experience at the iEmmy’s red carpet!




Angel Locsin has had a lot of hairstyles through the years. She sported curly hair, straight hair, and the most surprising of them all was her pixie hair a few years back and behind all these hairstyles is one amazing woman, Celeste Tuviera.

On her YouTube channel Celestified, Angel and Ms. Celeste had a sit-down conversation about Angel’s hairstyles through the years. They looked back to when they first met on the set of Angel Locsin’s horror movie ‘TXT’ in 2006. They also talked about some of their memorable moments together like that of their trip to New York to attend iEmmy’s Award’s ceremony back when Angel was nominated for the prestigious award for her portrayal in Lobo.


“Isa rin sa mga hindi ko makakalimutan Gel sa atin was our trip to New York. What an honor and such a privilege on my part to be there to witness it.” shared Ms. Celeste.




Angel walked the red carpet wearing a piece by Michael Cinco which the actress revealed was lent for her for free!

“Pinahiram lang nya ako ng gown hindi nya ako siningil pero nabalitaan ko, pagkatapos ko syang suotin na 1.2M pala ‘yung mga swarovski [crystals] dun! So ang ginawa ko Ms. Celeste, sa sobrang takot ko na mawala ‘yung gown, ‘yung mga damit ko, mga sapatos ko, mga alahas ko, nilagay ko sa balik-bayan box, ‘yung gown ko nilagay ko talaga sa maleta ko,” shared Angel.


The two then talked about their experience walking on the red carpet and how bizarre it was to be there.

“Kaya sobrang memorable ‘yung experience na yun kasi syempre iba ‘yung mabigyan ka ng karangalan sa ibang bansa, marepresent mo ‘yung Pilipinas, kasama ko ‘yung mga taong mahal ko,” she added.

It was such a monumental moment that can never be forgotten and the way they shared their experience made us relive that moment, more than 10 years ago, when Angel Locsin represented the country with her impeccable acting!

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

Angel Locsin lists down donated goods to Taal victims, thanks donors and volunteers!

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
