Angel Locsin looks back to when she lost her engagement ring!





In 2019, Angel Locsin and Neil Arce got engaged. On their recent vlog entry sharing the details about their civil wedding, the couple shared their never before seen engagement video which happened on father’s day that year.


Their engagement has been the talk of the town for weeks especially the gorgeous engagement ring Neil Arce got her; a solitaire ring with one princess cut diamond in white gold setting from Miladay Jewels. As per a jewelry expert, the said engagement ring may be worth millions of pesos as it is approximately around 4.24 carats.


After their engagement, they started planning for the wedding and in just like 2 or 3 weeks they already have found a venue and wedding planner, they even have planned their pre-nup shoot which is supposed to be out of the country until the pandemic happened.


“After 2 or 3 weeks nakahanap na kami ng venue, wedding planner, theme, nung medyo set na lahat, may plano kaming lumipad ng Finland para mag pre-nup shoot biglang tumama 'yung p*andemic,” shared Neil.




Apart from the details on their civil wedding, Angel and Neil also made some revelations on their recent vlog just like the fact that Angel lost her engagement ring in 2019.


On Nov. 14, 2019 the couple flew to Rome for ASAP Natin To in Rome, the same day Angel noticed that her ring was missing.


"Nung pumunta kami sa Italy for ASAP, habang kausap ko 'yung mga artista sa eroplano, napansin ko nawawala 'yung singsing ko,” Angel shared.


"Basta nanonood ako ng movie nun e tapos parang may mga nagpapanic na sabi nya "nawawala 'yung singsing ko,” said Neil.


It surely is stressful to lose something as valuable as an engagement ring not to mention it’s market value but it seems to be a non-issue for the couple.


"It showed how emotionally strong we are as a couple. Kung mas bata bata kami or hindi kami ka emotionally strong, baka we'd take it as a [bad] sign,” says Neil.

Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
