"Genuine 'yung pagiging generous nya"; Freelance talent shares her experience working with Angel Locsin in The General's Daughter!




We have seen Angel Locsin's generosity through her relief efforts that she's been doing for years. She always extend her helping hand and send aide to people who need it the most especially those who are affected by calamities.


She's been to far-flung areas delivering relief packs that she herself prepared and funded. Though she tries hard to keep all these in secret, people who have seen the actress in action, doing her humanitarian efforts can't help but take a photo of her and share it on social media which immediately goes viral in just a second.


With everything that Angel has done, someone might say it is too good to be true or that she has ulterior motive but what people don't know is, she has always been the real-life angel that she is no matter where she is and there are people who can vouch for that.




Just recently, a freelance talent shared her experience on working with Angel Locsin that one time she was called to be in The General's Daughter.


"I only had a short time with Ms. Angel Locsin but what I can say is ang hirap magpapicture sa kanya kasi ang daming tao, dinadagsa sya, talagang superstar sya." she said.


Though she only had a short time on the set of the show, she witnessed how genuinely generous the actress is in real-life.


"Lahat ng tindera halos lahat kung pwede nyang bilhan ng goods binilhan nya para makatulong hindi naman nya kailangan, pinamigay nya lang din sa mga staff sa mga tao sa set. Napaka generous nya, genuine 'yung pagiging generous nya."


Aptly named, Angel Locsin is a real-life angel that we all need. Contrary to what naysayers say, she has always been the kind and generous Angel that we know no matter what the circumstances are. She always had the purest intention and always helping others the best way she can.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
