Angel Locsin is the most trending Filipino actress in Facebook for the month of April!




Last month, so many things have happened to Angel Locsin so much so that she's become the most trending Filipina actress on facebook!


Angel Locsin currently has 21M Facebook followers, she is one of the most followed celebrities on the said platform and on a regular day, she receives a lot of engagement from each post but April is a different story, this month stood-out because it is her birthday month.


Last month, the actress received the most love, mention, and the most talked about actress on Facebook based on engagement score. We all have heard what these talks are all about. The eve of her birthday, the actress made headlines after she announced that she'll be opening her own community pantry to give back on her birthday and one photo that was posted on the page garnered more than 2M reactions which is a record!




Based on blueprint.ph, there had been a total of 2,874 posts made on Angel Locsin's Facebook page with 826,828 comments, 265,975 shares, and 6,853,030 reactions in total.


Angel Locsin has more than 40M followers combined on all social media platforms. She is one of the most influential personalities in the biz and rightfully so because she uses her platform not only for her own sake but also to raise awareness on issues that needs to be talked about more and gives voice to the unheard whenever necessary.

Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims.
