Liza Soberano sees Angel Locsin as her role model; actress revealed that Angel's courage inspired her to speak-out.

Liza Soberano who has been the talk of the town just recently after the actress filed a formal complaint against a Netizen who left a really unacceptable comment about her revealed on her interview with Ms. Karen Davila that she sees Angel Locsin as her role model. She also revealed that Angel's courage has inspired her to speak-out.




Liza is one of the most outspoken celebrities of her generation. She uses her platform to influence others and speak-out on issues that matter and in another interview, she admitted that she was not that vocal before just because she was scared of what people are going to say but seeing woman she admire like Angel Locsin fight encouraged her to fight.


Angel Locsin and Liza Soberano are among the celebrities who have been vocal about social issues and have been receiving a lot of criticisms lately. The day they put out their opinion is the same day that they were flooded with hate comments but these women never back down. They continue to uphold their truth and stand-up for matters that they believe is right.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
