Netizens express their love and admiration for Angel Locsin through their artworks!




Angel Locsin proves time and again that being a Darna is her way of life. As we navigate through tough times during the COVID-19 pandemic, she initiated projects that helps to protect our medical workers and other front liners. She also spearheaded a campaign called “Shop and Share” with Anne Curtis which aims to raise funds to help out in the efforts to provide additional CoVid testing kits for the underprivileged affected by the pandemic.


Every time there’s a calamity, people need not to call her name, she just seems to be always ready to lend a hand. Wherever, whenever, like Darna and a real life guardian Angel, she will be there. That’s why it is no longer surprising to see posts online about how inspiring she is and how many appreciate her as someone so selfless and giving.




On Twitter, a netizen who goes by the handle @RowenaLanzar shared her daughter’s pencil drawing of Angel and on the caption, she wrote:

“Hi Angel.. me and my daughter loves  you so much because you are beautiful and with a heart of gold.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
