Shop & Share raise over P700,000 on the opening day!




Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis raised over P700,000 on the first day of their “Shop & Share” project, which is dedicated to help our fellow Filipinos who need to be tested during this COVID-19 pandemic.


Locsin expressed her sincerest gratitude via Instagram yesterday, June 2, and said that people can still avail of the remaining pre-loved items donated by various celebrities and big personalities. “We’ve raised OVER P700,000 on our opening day! Thank you so much for the amazing support! We still have a few items available for immediate purchase and a few active auctions! Pls check them all out at www.shopandshare.store! We will announce the next batch of items schedule SOON! Please Stay tuned! 🛍 🙏🏻,” she said.


The shop offers collections of celebrity-touched accessories, apparel, bags, collectibles, shoes and more. Ogie and Regine Alcasid, Bea Alonzo, Vice Ganda, Liza Soberano, Karla Estrada, Vhong Navarro, Pia Wurtzbach, Vicky Belo are among those who have donated personal items that may be viewed and availed on ‘Shop and Share’ official website. Anne’s Chanel bag and Angel’s Dodge Durango 2015 were also put up for sale.

‘Shop and Share’ was originally a project initiated by Locsin and Curtis back in 2009 to help the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
