“Isa ka talagang tunay na Anghel!” A netizen to Angel Locsin after seeing the actress extending aid in her hometown!




Actress Angel Locsin was recently spotted in Mauban, Quezon Province and her photos extending aid to some locals have gone viral.


According to Maubanin Ako Facebook Page, Angel was there taping an episode of her docu-reality show "Iba Yan” which puts spotlight on true stories of inspiring Filipinos amid the COVID-19 crisis.




On one of the photos that surfaced online, a netizen couldn’t keep her chill upon knowing that the “Iba Yan” host visited their hometown and passed by their pharmacy, “Isa ka talagang tunay na ANGHEL!” she said on her caption.


“My mom sent me this. Angel Locsin is at my hometown giving ayuda to the less fortunate. Hay grabe naman this Queen!!!! Bless your heart, Angel!” She also added pertaining to the photo of Angel in action with her fiancé Neil Arce, who is also the director of the show.


On the trailer released yesterday, it was confirmed that the scenes shot in Mauban will air on the next episode!

Iba Yan airs on Kapamilya Channel every Sunday at 6:15 PM. The first episode premiered last June 14.

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
