Iba 'Yan's 2nd episode touched people's lives! Been trending on Youtube for more than 2 days with over 2.5M views!





Iba 'Yan was created to put on the spotlight to our fellow Filipino who are tirelessly helping others amid any disasters. As per Angel Locsin on one of her interviews, the show aims to feature the stories of the unsung heroes who do not receive any proper credit for the heroism and selfless acts they do for others. True enough, on its first episode last June 14, the show featured the stories of the viral adorable tiktoker Marco, Fr. Flavie, and Nanay Fe.

For its second episode, the team traveled all the way to Mauban Quezon to learn about the stories of Tatay Pablito, Tatay Ferdie and Cris, three of the hundreds of fishermen in the said place whose livelihood were badly affected by typhoon Ambo.


Angel Locsin immersed herself to the life of these fishermen. She learned about their stories and struggles, ate with their families, she even tried fishing with them!




On their first day in Muban Quezon, Angel Locsin shared a meal with their family. She bought a fresh Yellow Fin (tamabakol) and paid the seller a generous amount. She helped them prepare the food for their lunch. On the dining table, they were joined by Tatay Pablito’s wife and children while Cris was able to call her wife who’s on the neighboring town and getting her check-up.


Iba Yan's second episode surely touched people's lives. The said episode highlight that was uploaded on Youtube has been trending for more than two days now and has gained more than 2M views in just 2 days. People on the comments’ section have nothing but good words for Angel Locsin as they were in awe at her simplicity and how she built a rapport to these families that easily.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
