Angel Locsin and Neil Arce have yet to decide whether to push through with their wedding as scheduled or move it on a later date because of the pandemic.





Around this time last year, Angel Locsin and Neil Arce surprised everyone with their engagement. The two got engaged on Father’s day last year and have their hands full with wedding preparations since.


The most anticipated wedding is set to happen this year as revealed by Angel Locsin on their exclusive interview for Rated K.

“Ms. Korina magiging honest lang kami hindi namin pwedeng sabihin kung kelan ‘yung exact date for security reasons and privacy ng nga bisita pero dapat this year, this year sya talaga and medyo malapit na sya” she said.


But as we all know, our world had a 360 turn because of the pandemic and one thing that was prohibited during this time is holding a mass gathering, weddings included. When asked about the matter on their exclusive interview, Angel Locsin revealed that it is still too early for them to decide if they will push trough with the wedding or move it on a later date because with the pandemic, no one really knows when all of this will end.




“Lahat naman ng nangyayari sa mga buhay natin ngayon, lahat naka hold and parang masyadong maaga to decide kung tuloy or anong mangyayari because hindi natin alam baka next week may vaccine na.”

“Hindi na lang po kami magcocomplain basta nag-antay na lang kami kung anong mangyayari” says Locsin.

Neil Arce revealed that they are ready and almost done with wedding preparations and all they’re waiting is for mass gatherings to be allowed as they’re looking after their guests’ safety.


“When it comes to preparation, infairness ready naman po kami. Yung ano na lang, if mass gathering is allowed na. Syempre safety ng guest and everyone else” he said.

“We don’t want din na magcause ng risk o kung ano man. Gusto namin maging comfortable lahat ng tao and safe” Angel Locsin added.

“Maybe we’ll decide somewhere near our date if we’ll move it or not” says Neil.

We have been long anticipating Angel and Neil’s wedding but with the pandemic, we may have to wait a little longer but that’s okay, we can still follow this couple on their socials and support their ongoing show Iba Yan on Kapamily Channel every Sunday at 6:15PM.

Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims.
