'Hello, NBI?' Angel Locsin taps NBI about online death threat with 200M bounty and a netizen tagging her as an NPA-supporter
Angel Locsin calls the attention of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) by exposing the Twitter account of the netizen offering 200M bounty to to kill her and co-stars, Kim Chiu and Coco Martin.
The tweet reads: “Isa ka ba sa mga supporter ni Pangulong Duterte at GMA? Pwes, I will give you 200-million sa sinumang mga Duterte at GMA supporters ang makapatay kina Kim Chiu, Coco Martin, at Angel Locsin. Makakasama nyo ang NPA para pasabugin ang ABS-CBN Compound.”
Locsin posted a screenshot of the threat on her Instagram with the caption: "Hello, NBI? Beke nemen po..."
The newly created Twitter account with the handle @AbellanosaNj as its profile only “Joined May 2020” also offered a P300 million bounty to anyone who could kill ABS-CBN CEO Carlo Katigbak and Kathryn Bernardo.
Angel also shared a quote card that accused her of being an NPA supporter. In the comments section, Angel’s fiancé Neil Arce said, “NPA ka pala,” to which Angel just laughed off.
Angel bantered on the comments, “Baka pwedeng makahingi naman ng pang-ayuda kuya” referring to the social media user offering the money reward.
“Wag nyong imessage, natawaloka lang ako!" she also told her followers.
Angel Locsin, Kim Chiu, Coco Martin and Kathryn Bernardo are among the celebrities who spoke up against the ABS-CBN Shutdown.
