Angel Locsin on Saturday, listed on her Instagram account the names of the hospitals that already received isolation tents through her #UniTentWeStandPH campaign. She expressed gratitude to those who have donated and also showed photos of the tents they have already set up for transparency.

Dahil alam po namin na ang donasyong binibigay ninyo ay pinaghirapang ipon, nais po naming maging bukas sa inyo kung saan po napupunta ang bawat piso na binigay ninyo.

Muli, taos pusong  pasasalamat sa inyo,” she said on her Instagram post.


As of April 4, she has already raised over 9 million pesos and 23 hospitals in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces have benefited from her project and Locsin is looking to help more hospitals out of the excess donations.




Meanwhile, on Twitter, Friday, a netizen with the handle @thepeoplesDARNA shared a clip of Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno calling out other celebrities to emulate the charity doings of philanthropic actress, Angel Locsin.

He said, “Sa mga artista, tularan nyo si ANGEL LOCSIN! Andun sa bahay nya tumutulong sa tao.”


At this time of crisis, those who can should step up and aid the novel coronavirus relief efforts. I hope Mayor Isko’s message gets across to those who may need to be awakened that it’s the best time for them to share their fortune and make a positive impact by giving back to those in need.

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims.
