East Avenue Medical Center thanks Angel Locsin and #UniTENTweStandPH team for donating tents and portable air conditioning units!




#UniTENTweStandPH, a campaign spearheaded by Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and some friends was launched last March 25.


The crowdfunding which aims to help solve overcrowding in some hospitals operating at full or over capacity due to Covid-19 cases has raised almost 11 million pesos in two weeks and the team has donated a total of 155 isolation and 21 sanitation tents to 89 hospitals to date.


Aside from isolation tents, the team also attends to other requests of the hospitals. Some hospitals were given refrigerators, bed cots, hygiene kits, personal protective equipments and aircondition units all of which is donated by generous companies and designers to the cause.




In a post, East Avenue Medical Center expressed their gratitude to Angel Locsin and the entire #UniTENTweStandPH team.


Through the accumulated donations received, the team was able to donate isolation tents to the said hospital and 12 air conditioning units courtesy of TCL Philippines.

Angel Locsin has ended the fund raiser after raising sufficient funds to finance a total of 150 beneficiary hospitals. As promised, the team continues to deliver isolation tents to beneficiary hospitals who requested for their help.

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
