Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste thanks Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and #UniTENTweStandPH team for donating isolation tents to some hospitals in Batangas!





These past few days, we have seen how busy Angel Locsin and Neil Arce were in setting up tents to various hospitals who requested for their help. This was made possible by the donations raised through #UniTENTweStandPH campaign initiated by Angel Locsin. In just 10 days, they were able to raise over 9 million pesos and have set-up over 40 tents to more than 20 hospitals in Luzon.


Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste who happens to be Neil Arce’s childhood friend expressed his gratitude to the couple and #UniTENTweStandPH team for donating isolation tents to some hospitals in Batangas.


The team has donated 2 tents each for St. Cabrini Hospital in Sto. Tomas City and Batangas Medical Center in Batangas City.


On his Instagram account, Vice Governor wrote ““The more that you trust and believe in angels, the more they will pour their blessings upon you.”  @therealangellocsin and my childhood friend, @neil_arce donated 4 tents to 2 hospitals in Batangas Province - 2 sets each at St. Cabrini Hospital in Sto. Tomas City and at Batangas Medical Center in Batangas City...but wait! There’s more!!




As of last night, April 4, they will donate 2 more sets for Lipa City very soon. And immediately after I shared the story on IG, more angels came to help - Sir Jimm aka @remnantofthee of the Civil Defense Action Group - Team Network Fire Department (CDAG-TNFD) offered to donate beds to be placed in the tents for the hospitals to use.  Thank you so much, Ms. Angel, Idol Neil and Sir Jimm! Hulog kayo ng langit!”



After setting up tents to 29 hospitals as of Apr. 5, the team is off to put-up 2 12x24 isolation tents each to 38 more beneficiary hospitals!

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans. On her Instagram post, the actress expressed her gratitude to more than 100 volunteers who helped them repack food packs and hygiene kits.
