Angel Locsin spotted at Alabang Medical Clinic setting up isolation tent!




On Sunday, a netizen who goes by the Facebook name NheLs Heinz spotted Angel Locsin in flesh and her team setting up a tent in front of Alabang Medical Clinic in Muntinlupa City.


On the post, he said:

“Ms. Angel Locsin here now at alabang medical clinic donating medical tent for our beloved filipinos #that'smyHERO #DARNA #proudofyou #@angellocsin”


Alabang Medical Clinic Main is one of the beneficiaries of the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign spearheaded by the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her team. It aims to provide additional safe spaces at hospitals where people can isolate and quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic.




As of April 4, Locsin has already raised over 9 million pesos in just 10 days and 23 hospitals in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces have benefited from her project.


She said that she is looking to help more hospitals out of the excess donations and couldn’t thank those who took part in her campaign to help our health workers.


Updates on the progress of the project and accounting of donations are chronicled on her Instagram, saying she owes this to those who have donated their hard-earned money to extend aid to our heroes on the front lines.


Let’s keep praying for the welfare and safety of our doc­tors, nurses and other health professionals manning our hospitals and clinics and also to other front liners who are putting their lives at risk to fend for us and keep us safe. God bless us all!

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
