Angel Locsin sends out care package with alcohol and facemasks to her team!




Social distancing, wearing facemask and gloves, and obsessively hand washing and hand sanitizing is the new normal. That’s because of the current pandemic, novel coronavirus disease that our country and other parts of the world is currently battling. There’s no vaccine for this highly contagious disease as of yet and the best thing to protect yourself from getting the virus is to have the essentials like facemask, alcohol, and vitamins to boost your immune system.


Despite everything that she’s been doing amid the pandemic, Angel Locsin, being a literal Angel that she is did not forget to check on her team. On a few posts by her team on their Instagram accounts, it was revealed that the actress and humanitarian, sends out care package which includes facemasks and alcohol.


On her Instagram account, Ms. Lala Flores expressed her gratitude to the actress for the care package and wrote “Maraming salamat sa walang sawang pag-alala at pagmamahal sa amin Angel love.
I hope you are also getting enough rest now because you’ve done so much help already Please take care of yourself and stay healthy and strong. I Love you and I miss you!” 




Another known make-up artist Mike Bawa, her hairstylists Nante Alingasa and Jaywee, her road manager AJ, her stylist Cath Sobrevega also received the same care package.


On her Instagram stories, Cath wrote “Thank you for this care package @therealangellocsin. I know you’re busy with #UniTENTweStandPH, but you still managed to check on us. Love you!!”


We all know how busy Angel Locsin is with the ongoing project #UniTENTweStandPH but this does not stop her from checking on the people who are close to her. That’s how thoughtful and sweet Angel really is.

Mayor Isko to Angel Locsin, “Mabasa ka sana ng ulan para dumami ka pa.”

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

Angel Locsin lists down donated goods to Taal victims, thanks donors and volunteers!

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans. On her Instagram post, the actress expressed her gratitude to more than 100 volunteers who helped them repack food packs and hygiene kits.
