Angel Locsin provides tents and PPEs to Bataan General Hospital and Orani District Hospital, thanks Bea Alonzo and all the donors





Angel Locsin ends fundraiser for hospital tents after reaching P10 million but it didn’t stop her from continuing to provide aid to front liners and those in need during this Covid-19 outbreak. She could’ve stayed home and protect herself but she chooses to be at different hospitals everyday putting up isolation tents, donating medical supplies, PPEs and other necessities to medical workers.


Due to the overwhelming support and generous donations, she said that they have received enough to mobilize the project dubbed as #UniTENTweStandPH and decided that they will no longer receive cash donations. The actress is targeting to provide specialized tents to a total of 150 hospitals across Metro Manila and neighboring provinces and she couldn’t thank everyone enough who donated and helped out with the project.




On her latest Instagram post, Angel shared that they were able to set up two hospital tents in  Bataan General Hospital who also badly needs PPEs which her co-Kapamilya actress and good friend Bea Alonzo and her “I am Hope” team immediately responded to. She also thanked the CDAG-Team Fire Network Rescue for the surgical masks, gloves and alcohol and Chigo for donating window type aircons that will provide additional comfort to healthcare workers and patients. Two hospital tents were also provided to Orani District Hospital which also includes 2 industrial air coolers and 2 industrial fans donated by 3D appliances.

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
