A netizen calls Angel his forever crush, thanks her for extending aid to our health workers!




As expected, philanthropic celebrity Angel Locsin chooses to forgo the comforts of her home to provide aid to those in need in this time of global crisis.


This health crisis led Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce to start a campaign dubbed as #UniTENTweStandPH that supports our medical workers and frontliners who tirelessly commit their time, effort, and skills in fighting this pandemic.




Many appreciate what the actress has been doing to brave the pandemic and express their gratitude in different ways.


We have spotted one on Twitter who thanked Angel for donating tents to Philippine General Hospital in Manila and also called her his forever crush. “My forever crush. Thank you, Angel. @143redangel ,” Twitter user @raphaelmiguel said. It was in reply to a doctor’s tweet to Angel that went:

“Real-life Darna in PGH! Thank you for all that you do for the Filipino people Angel and Neil. Ingat! @143redangel #COVID19PH”


Angel was quick to reply and also thanked the doctor for assisting them.

“Hi doc! Thank you for assisting us kanina! Pahinga po kayo :)”

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
