"Taos pusong pasasalamat”; Rizal Provincial Hospital System - Morong Main expresses gratitude to Angel Locsin and entire #UniTENTweStandPH team.





Not even a week after Angel Locsin and team launched the #UniTENTweStandPH project, the team has already raised almost 4 million pesos. From the initial list of 7 beneficiary hospitals, they have noe listed 21 more hospitals to receive two isolation tents each that will help solve overcrowding due to COvid-19 related cases.


The team started putting-up isolation tents to beneficiary hospitals on Friday, March 27. They were able to service four hospitals on their first day.


After then, the team took the weekends off and resumed putting-up tents in various hospitals come Monday.


One of the beneficiary hospitals they went to was Rizal Provincial Hospital System in Morong Rizal. On their facebook account, they expressed their gratitude to the team "Taos pusong pasasalamat po kina Ms Angel Locsin, Ms Dimples Romana,Mr Neil Arce, Dra Marevelyn Matic, Vac Media Services Company at Dra. Jaja Lopez-Cadiente sa tulong po ninyo. #UniTENTweStandPH. Mula po sa RPHS Morong family.”




Angel Locsin and Neil Arce were on the field to set-up tents and people within the area can't help but take photos of them. All these photos on social media do not fail to show how hands-on and focused Angel and Neil are in setting-up the tents.


At times like these, we see how people come together to help each other. Angel Locsin and her team’s initiative is something that is very commendable.


Angel Locsin being a literal angel that she is, is doing wonders for the people with the help of her friends and everyone who generously sent their donations.

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
