Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico campaign for Angel Locsin’s #UniTENTweStandPH fund drive!




After putting up tents for the health workers in the frontlines, Angel Locsin launched a new project called #UniTENTweStandPH. The fund raising activity aims to help private and public hospitals to accommodate more patients who need immediate treatments while also prioritizing the safety of the health workers. Through this campaign, the actress and her team hopes to provide tents to hospitals in Luzon and eventually reach other parts of the country.


Some celebrities have shown their support for the cause like Vhong Navarro, Bianca Gonzales, Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico. On their Instagram account, Solenn and Nico posted a video expressing their support to the project.




“There are a lot of people helping out and no matter who you help it's already a good start. Angel basically is trying to come up with a budget to be able to buy tents and place them outside the hospitals around Luzon and if they get bigger funds then of course reach hospitals across the country. Basically all the hospitals at the moment are overcrowded and they cannot accommodate many people which is why she came up with this idea of placing tents so that the hospitals can take care of people that need immediate treatment and of course while keeping our health personnel safe” says Solenn.


Nico revealed that they decided to donate one tent each for the cause and will continue to campaign for the project. The Bolzico couple also revealed how Angel and Neil inspired them thus leading them to help in their own way by supporting the project, “Angel and Neil they are in the field, that is very inspirational and inspires us a lot that's why we decided to help out in our own way” Solenn and Nico said.

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
