Angel Locsin shares her thoughts on social distancing; airs concerns for workers who are forced to commute amid quarantine.

The Philippines and other parts of the world is battling a highly contagious virus CoVid19. Since vaccine for the said virus is still on the works and we do not have a definite way to cure this virus, the government has established some preventive measures which includes community quarantine in Metro Manila. Everyone is also encouraged to practice social distancing but on the first working day that community quarantine was in effect, photos circulating online clearly shows that people fail to practice social distancing as they rush to their workplace. Long queues can be observed as they wait for transportation. People were left with no choice but to overrule social distancing as they ride MRT and other public transportation.

These photos caught Angel Locsin’s attention and on her Instagram account, the actress shares her thoughts on social distancing and airs concerns for workers who are forced to commute amid quarantine and can’t afford to just stay at home.

“My thoughts:

She also calls for temporary stop on amortization and loans “Malaking bagay din kung may temporary stop on amortizations and loans o kahit pagtanggal sa interest & penalties.

The actress also hopes that PhilHealth can shoulder the treatment for those who are CoVid19 positive “And also, I hope Philhealth will shoulder treatment for those who have CoVid19.”

Kaya natin ‘to :)”
