Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and Team starts setting up sleeping tents for health workers.
Due to enhanced quarantine, transportation were limited and we have heard stories of some health workers who walked to and from the hospital to serve the people. They also work double shifts as the number of COVID-19 positive patients grow rapidly. They cannot risk going home to their family as the virus that they are fighting is highly contagious. With these given facts, Angel Locsin together with her fiance Neil Arce and their team decided to set-up sleeping tents within the hospital premises for our health workers which will serve as their temporary home way from home.
Last Friday, March 20, Angel Locsin and her team reached out to their followers and asked for a donation in kind. The team is asking for spare beds, clean or new pillows and bottled water. Support from their friends in the biz poured in, Bea Alonzo, Anne Curtis and Angelica Panganiban donated their taping beds right away.
Two days later, Angel Locsin and her team started setting up the tents and on her Instagram account the actress shared few snaps of the donations they received in support of their project.

Angel Locsin shared snaps of new and customized pillows and masks donated by Artegram Manila (@ateegram_manila on instagram) and Quirk it Pillows (@_quirk.it on instagram).
The team set-up an air conditioned sleeping tent and had it disinfected. There's also a mobile comfort room for our health workers to utilize.
Our health workers really need some comfort after a long and tiring shift and providing them a comfortable sleeping tent within hospital premises is definitely a great help. Let us also help our health workers combat this disease in the simplest way possible, stay at home.
