Angel Locsin and other celebrities react to allegations that Kim Chiu ambush incident was staged.




On her way to the taping of her ongoing TV show 'Love Thy Woman,' Kim Chiu's van was shot by unidentified gun men.


The shooting happened at the corner of Katipunan Ave and C.P Garcia Ave in Quezon City and investigators are looking into the "mistaken identity" angle.


Thankfully, Kim Chiu, her personal assistant and her driver were unharmed. Though still in shock, hours after the incident, Kim Chiu took on her Instagram account to let everyone know that she's okay.




Amid this unfortunate event, there are some who questions what really happened and labeled the incident as 'drawing' or staged.


The statement from a retired broadcast journalist has triggered online backlash from known personalities, celebrities, and Netizens.


On his Instagram account, Direk Jerry Lopez Sineneng expressed his disappointment to the blatant accusation and said "Kaya nakakalungkot na may taong nag-iisp pa nang ganito tungkol sa pangyayaring naganap kay Kim Chiu. Ang tanong, bakit mag-iimbento ng gnitong kwento si Kim Chiu? Para saan? Para ano?... Hay... Ang pangyayaring ito ay... HINDI po gimik... HINDI po isang publicity stunt... HINDI po scripted... AT higit sa lahat hindi po ito isang MALAKING DRAWING."


 Angel Locsin can't help but react on the said post and said "NAKAKALOKA"


Other known personalities who reacted to the said allegation are: Direk Jose Javier Reyes, Kim Chiu's co-star in "Love Thy Woman" Sunshine Cruz, Kim Molina, Nikki Valdez, and Candy Pangilinan to name a few.
