Angel Locsin and fiancé Neil Arce donate N95 masks for the frontline health workers.




Following the article about how the celebrity philanthropist Angel Locsin calls outs sellers of overpriced masks, it is no surprise that she will be on the list of big personalities who are first to extend aid to the COVID-19 front-liners.


On a tweet by a netizen, it was confirmed that Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce coordinated with Senator Pia Cayetano to deliver the masks and other medical protective gear.




“Hey @143redangel na-deliver na yung mga N95 na dinonate ninyo! Thank you!
#COVID19PH,” netizen said on the tweet in reply to Sen. Pia Cayetano’s post that went:

“DELIVERED! 50 boxes of nitrile non-sterile gloves and 50 pieces of N95 masks for our frontline health workers in San Lazaro Hospital in Manila!

 We are #PilipinasInAction!

The senator thanked the engaged couple days prior saying, “I would like to thank our Senate President @sotto_tito, my godson @neil_arce, & his beautiful fiancée @143redangel for sending us n95 masks, which we will be donating to various hospitals. My team will make sure that these will reach our frontline workers. Maraming salamat!.”


There is really no stopping Angel from doing what she think is right and what she can do to help out in this global catastrophe. Thank you, Angel!

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
