“MARAMING SALAMAT,” a hairstylist tells Angel Locsin on a random appreciation post




On a recent Instagram post, Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin revealed that she refused to renew her ABS-CBN contract because of her wedding preparations. Angel and Neil’s wedding is set to happen this year but the couple has yet given us specific details about their big day. This gained mixed reactions from fans hoping to see the actress again reign on the small and big screen after her wedding.


Just like her fans, this might probably one of the reasons why her stylist, Nante Alingasa, went emotional on Instagram posting some of the actress’ photos with the caption:

“Appreciation post: MARAMING SALAMAT @therealangellocsin
#emotionalmonday”

This made Angel a little worried and quickly replied, “K ka lang, teeeeeeeh? labyu.”




Locsin, also known as someone who is humble and kind to everyone, also recently shared sentiments on the attempts to block ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal citing its heavy impact on the welfare of thousands of employees behind the camera whom she always considered her family that she will stand by for. Nante included, this could also be the reason of his random appreciation for the actress.


It can be remembered that Angel also took to Instagram how close she is with her stylist and how true of a friend he is. “Sa trabahong ito, maraming mahusay kang makakasama. Maraming magaling. Pero yung magaling na, pero TOTOONG nagmamalakasakit sayo, kahit na ano pa mang mangyari, nakaharap ka man o nakatalikod, iilan lang yan. napakaswerte ko at isa ka dun, Teh☺️ Salamat friendship. No matter what,” she said on her birthday message for Nante.


Nante Alingasa is not only someone who outstandingly does her hair and glams her up but also a true friend who’s been with Angel in ups and downs.

Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
