"Parang hindi ako umabot ng Friendster mars eh" Angel Locsin on Dimples Romana's take on #DollyPartonChallenge

At this day in age that it only take one post to make something trend, it is no longer surprising that people are quick to jump in to whatever is trending.

Just like the recent trend these past few days --  the #DollyPartonChallenge. The said trend started with Dolly Parton, hence the name, the superstar posted a four-picture grid with each pic labelled for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tinder, each photo depicting different personalities. People and various personalities followed suit including our local celebrities one of which is Dimples Romana.

Dimples Romana has her own take on the #DollyPartonChallenge. Instead of using the four given social networking sites, the actress labelled her four-picture grid as Friendster, Instagram, Facebook, and Multiply but what stands out is instead of using a solo picture, she used photos of her with her friends and for the photo she labelled as 'Friendster', she used a throwback photo with Angel Locsin during their Lobo days where their beautiful friendship started.

On the said post Angel Locsin jokingly said  "Parang hindi ako umabot ng Friendster mars eh #alwayshulisasocialmedia."

For those of you who doesn't know, Friendster is one of the most popular networking sites way back 2000's but unfortunately they have to terminate their service due to lack of engagements last 2015 and yes, Angel Locsin and Dimples Romana have been friends for that long already but unlike Friendster, their friendship withstood the test of time and remain the best of friends for more than a decade now!
