Angel Locsin spills about her 2020 projects and wedding preparations.




2019 is nothing but an amazing year for Angel Locsin. She started the year with her explosive comeback in the primetime scene through ‘The General’s Daughter’ that aired from January to October.


June of the same year, the actress surprised everyone with her engagement to her boyfriend now fiancè Neil Arce and no one will ever forget that just recently, she was hailed as one of Forbes Asia’s Heroes of Philanthropy and was handpicked to be Optical Media Board’s Anti-Piracy ambassador.


Now that the year is about to end, Angel Locsin spills some details about her upcoming projects for 2020 and her wedding preparations.




At the side interview after she signed the memorandum of agreement as Optical Media Board’s anti-piracy ambassador, Angel Locsin revealed upcoming projects for 2020 and gave an update about their wedding preparations.


“May mga niluluto ang ABS-CBN na proyekto” the interviewer proved and asked if it was a movie and the actress then confirmed “Movies... pero kailangan ko lang din magdahan-dahan kasi kailangan ko magprepare ng kasal at ‘yun lang ‘yung pinakiusap sakin ng fiancè ko na ‘wag ko syang hayaan mag-isa mag prepare.”


She was also asked how’s the wedding preparations going and she briefly said  “Medyo nag stop kami sa preparations kasi medyo advanced kami but next year back to wedding preparations na ulit.”


It was nothing but a decade full of success and new endeavours for the one and only Angel Locsin and we can’t wait to see what 2020 has in store for her!

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

Angel Locsin lists down donated goods to Taal victims, thanks donors and volunteers!

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans. On her Instagram post, the actress expressed her gratitude to more than 100 volunteers who helped them repack food packs and hygiene kits.
