Angel Locsin and other celebrities react to Sarah and Mateo’s engagement!




2019 really is the year of love, well at least for two of the most amazing women in the biz we know, Angel Locsin and Sarah Geronimo.


Angel Locsin and Neil Arce set the social media abuzz when they first announced their engagement last June and just recently, another celebrity couple surprised their followers with another engagement announcement, Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli.


On his Instagram account, Matteo posted a photo of him and Sarah with a caption that reads “I love you my love, now and forever.” People were quick to speculate that the two have been engaged because of the sparkling diamond ring Sarah was wearing that was very noticeable. Well wishes and congratulatory messages for the couple poured in not just from fans but also from their friends in the industry one of which is Angel Locsin.




Angel Locsin sends her best wishes to friends Matteo and Sarah through an Instagram story she posted in her account, she also left a comment on Matteo’s post congratulating the newly engaged couple.


Other celebrities were ecstatic about the announcement. Angelica Panganiban, Bea Alonzo, Solenn Heussaff, Moira, Vice Ganda, Bela Padilla, Bianca Gonzales and Anne Curtis also send their congratulatory message to the couple.




Seeing these couples getting engaged really sends love and delight to everyone. They are the couple who championed each and every challenges they encountered in their relationship.




We can’t wait for what could have been two of the biggest wedding in the industry! We’ll soon see Sarah Geronimo and Angel Locsin walk down the aisle and were certain that they will be the most beautiful bride on their wedding day.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
