Neil Arce on Angel Locsin: “She taught me how to take care of myself.”




Love can either bring out the best or the worst in you.


They say, when you meet someone who brings out the best in you, you’ve found someone worth holding on to.


And that’s exactly what Neil Arce did when he popped the question to her wife to be.


Angel Locsin, on the other hand, could not be any happier to say YES to her future husband who she’s been friends with for eight years.




In an ambush interview video uploaded by Tonight With Boy Abunda on IGTV, Neil Arce revealed that he changed a lot since her fiancé, Angel Locsin, came in to his life.


He also shared that Angel taught him a lot of things and taking care of his health is one of them.


“Marami. Maraming nabago sa’kin [mula noong nakilala ko si Angel]. First, she taught me how to take care of myself. Health, everything. Ayokong magkasakit kasi malulungkot siya. Yung mga ganung factor. I think before I do now, ayoko siyang malungkot e,” he said.


It was in June when Angel Locsin and Neil Arce took everyone by surprise when they announced on Instagram via series of photos that they finally took up another notch in their relationship.


The power couple is now engaged and will tie the knot soon but they have yet to decide on a date, a venue and a wedding planner.




It broke the internet and everyone was thrilled and happy for this great news that their engagement photo sets a PH record for reaching over 1 million likes!

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
