Angel Locsin and Bea Alonzo are two of the biggest names in the country and the most sought-after actresses of their generations.


Both have impressive and unmatched portfolio of achievements from their various roles in different genres.


They both joined the industry in 2002 and rose to popularity alongside their respective love team partners, Richard Gutierrez and John Lloyd Cruz, and later on, made a name in the showbiz industry as individual artists that young generations are now looking up to.




Dubbed as QUEENS, they worked together in Four Sisters and A Wedding, a 2013 Filipino comedy-drama film directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina which also featured Star Cinema’s most prominent actresses: Toni Gonzaga and Shaina Magdayao and they played the four sisters attempting to stop the wedding of their younger brother, Rebreb, played by Enchong Dee.


Although it’s not very often that we see them together, Angel and Bea have been good friends ever since.


In fact, they make it to a point to always support each other like how Real Queens fix each other’s crowns.


Just recently, Bea Alonzo took to her Instagram story a video of crabs and prawns gifted by Angel and she can be heard saying, “Thank you Gel.”


It was also not too long ago when Bea gave Angel fresh tuna from GenSan that Angel also shared on her Instagram.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
