Angel teases Dimples: “Habulin mo muna ako dala yung maleta mong red, pleaaaaase?????”




It was just recently when Dimples Romana scolded her best friend Angel Locsin, via Instagram comment, after seeing her hanging on a truck yet again. The comment reads, “@therealangellocsin wag mo akong daanin sa hug emoji! Umakyat ka na naman sa umaandar na truck?!?! Gusto mo talaga akong maatake sa puso eh no!”


The Kadenang Ginto star also retweeted the behind the scene video of the stunt with the comment saying, “Nasan na ba pamalo ko?.” Dimples sounded supportive but she was rather worried because who would not?


But just like the rest of us who probably had the same reaction as Dimples’, this does not stop Angel Locsin from doing what she loves and from going the extra mile to give us an authentic piece of art.


Ever since she did an action genre and despite having a back condition, she does her own stunts to deliver quality and realistic action sequences earning her the monicker, Action-Drama Queen.




To break the ice, Angel tells Dimples, “Habulin mo muna ako dala yung maleta mong red, pleaaaaase?????”


in which Dimples replied, “Pag ginawa ko talaga yan, humanda ka.” This cracked their fans up and completely took their worries away.

Mayor Isko to Angel Locsin, “Mabasa ka sana ng ulan para dumami ka pa.”

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
