Angel Locsin is set to attend ABS-CBN Ball 2019 to benefit Bantay Bata 163’s education program by funding tuition and allowances to children!




ABS-CBN Ball is a fund raising event spearheaded by the largest network in the Philippines.


Behind the grandeur gathering of the biggest and brightest stars in the country, the ball aims to raise funds and support Bantay Bata 163 by dedicating the event to its Education Program - laying the foundation to help the children reach their dreams.


Aside from being a fund raising event, it also became one of the biggest fashion event in the country.


The red carpet is what everyone is looking forward to. Stars are at their best wearing different creations of famous fashion designers locally and internationally.


Everyone is excited to know who’s going to attend this year’s event.




Angel Locsin’s attendance is still in question but a post from Starstudio.ph with the caption that reads “Months before the most-awaited ball of the year, Angel Locsin helped her 31 scholars continue their studies. She will attend the ABS-CBN Ball 2019 to benefit Bantay Bata 163’s education program by funding tuition and allowances to children. “ seems to confirm that she’s going to grace the event.


The said tweet excites Angel Locsin’s fans even more! Everyone is excited to see her walk on the red carpet and slay the night.


Last year, Angel graced the event wearing Popo Go’s creation — a gown with a constellation of various colors of metals, a medley of metallic colors such as copper, bronze, silver, gold and pewter.


Angel Locsin will attend this year’s ABS-CBN Ball to support its main goal of funding tuition and allowances to children of Bantay Bata.


Her advocacy in supporting young minds achieve their dreams continues, apart from this cause that she will be supporting, she just recently sent 31 students to school!

Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims.
