#Trending: Angel Locsin’s special appearance in Kadenang Ginto!





Angel Locsin is currently headlining the ongoing top rated show The General’s Daughter.


Having said so, she is taping from morning to sundown every other day.


Though she doesn’t have the luxury of time because of the current demand of her job, she was able to scratch a day off from her schedule to visit her best friend Dimples Romana on the set of Kadenang Ginto.


As previously reported, in time for international friendship day, Angel Locsin visits Dimples Romana at the set of Kadenang Ginto never did we know that they prepared a little surprise for the avid viewers of the show.


Daniela, Dimples Romana’s character had a minor accident and had to be rushed to the hospital. While in bed, a stranger peaked at her door and run away.


It was Angel Locsin! She had a special short appearance in today’s Kadenang Ginto episode!


People are oftentimes joking about the possibility that Rhian Bonifacio and Daniela Mondragon are actually sisters because they share the same father in their respective teleseryes and this crossover is what we actually needed!


Angel Locsin’s surprise appearance has been a trending topic and people can’t stop talking about her short stint.



It was indeed a breath of fresh air to see new face in the show and took a little break from all the drama that’s happening.


Angel Locsin’s appearance is just a spur of the moment decision and we could thank them enough that it actually happened!


Angel and Dimples’ friendship has come a long way.


To date, ten years after what it seemed to be a one season friendship that started on the set of the iconic TV series Lobo, they still represent what the actual #friendshipgoals looks like!

City of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno was filled with so much gratitude as he thanked those people for their outpouring support to the city of Manila via donations and to those who have provided assistance including the philanthropic actress Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce. The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
