Last saturday, Angel Locsin reveals something that she referred to as surprise of her life.


It was her engagement with her now fiancé, Neil Arce.


Minutes after the announcement, news about their engagement is all over social media and messages from their friends and colleagues poured in.


Dimples Romana, Angel Locsin’s long time bestfriend made sure to not let the day pass and posted a short but sweet message for her beloved huling bantay.


On her caption she wrote “Mahal kong Lyka @therealangellocsin you will always be my beloved Huling Bantay. ❤️


it has been a complete honor and privilege to have journeyed through this life beside you.


For now, your Gabay , Trixie will sign off bilang tagapangalaga mo.

but Angel Locsin quickly dismissed the idea that Dimples would be signing off and wrote on her comment “Hooooooy! Di ka pa pwedeng mag sign off!!!! madami ka pang duties sa akin hehehe. Dito ka lang sa tabi ko.”


It was on the same post where Neil Arce revealed that Dimples played a huge part in their engagement.


She’s the accomplice, she’s the one who got Angel Locsin’s ring size to make sure that the engagement ring fits perfectly and it’s a job well done!




Angel Locsin and Dimples Romana’s friendship is the kind of friendship that you would wish to have for yourself.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
