Dimples Romana teases Angel Locsin about learning how to cook in preparation for her married life!




Angel Locsin and Neil Arce’s engagement is indeed a great news not just for their friends but for their followers.


Their engagement photo became one of the most liked photo in the Philippines on instagram garnering 1 million likes in a short period of time.


After they announced their engagement, their fans and followers are now on the look out for updates regarding their wedding.


Though the couple are still mum about the wedding details, we recently learned how Neil planned the proposal as shared by Dimples Romana and got a bit of information from Neil Arce himself in a short interview at the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino presscon.


We also had a glimpse of the things that they’ve been doing through their social media accounts.


Just recently, Dimples Romana and Angel Locsin visited SOS Children’s Villages which is a private, non-political, non-denominational organization that provides long-term family-based care to children in need.


The two best friends visited the children and cooked pasta for them to enjoy.


Angel Locsin and Dimples Romana took charge at the kitchen.


On her instagram stories, Dimples Romana shared videos of Angel while busy preparing the foods for the kids and tease her about her upcoming wedding.


“Im so proud of my bestfriend” Dimples said while watching Angel grating cheese, “‘Dyan nagsisimula ang pagluluto talaga eh, sa pagge-grate ng cheese” she added.


She then send her message to Angel’s future husband and said “Neil, para sa’yo to, ito ay para sa kinabukasan mo at ng mga anak nyo dahil baka puro itlog lang ang kainin at saka hotdog ‘pag hindi natuto.”


Dimples Romana and Angel Locsin’s friendship is the kind of friendship others would wish to have.




Now that Angel is opening a new chapter in her life having Dimples by her side is definitely a great help as the latter is happily married and living the best time of her life with her family.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
