Dimples Romana, emotional about Angel Locsin’s engagement!




Angel Locsin for all we know is one of the most loved personalities in the industry.


Her genuine heart that always goes out to people to help is one of the many reasons why up to this date, she’s still receiving as much love or even greater from the day she started in the entertainment industry.


And just recently, her announcement that surprised everyone has made a lot of people happy.


She just got engaged with her film producer boyfriend Mr. Neil Arce and everyone is celebrating with her specially one of her bestfriends, Dimples Romana.


On her recent guesting in Magandang Buhay Dimples shared some details about Neil Arce’s proposal.


Apparently, weeks prior the proposal, Neil called Dimples and told her his plan.


She got so emotional with Neil’s revelation that she can’t help but cry because of the happiness she’s feeling for her bestfriend.


“Angel is such a good person and she deserves somebody who’s gonna take care of her and I want her to have the best time of her life and NOW is the time” Dimples said while reminiscing the moment.


Dimples also shared how she helped Neil Arce to get Angel’s ring size to make sure that the engagement ring will fit her perfectly.


“Wag mo ako ididisappoint” that’s what she reminded Neil when they talked about buying the perfect engagement ring and Neil must be taking notes because the engagement ring he bought for Angel is the perfect one.




He really did not disappoint because she got her a classic, princess cut diamond ring perfect fit for a well loved princess like Angel Locsin from Miladay jewels.


Weeks later, Neil Arce popped the question and Angel said YES!


They are now bound to open a new chapter in their lives and we are still over the moon with the fact that they are soon to be husband and wife!

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

Angel Locsin lists down donated goods to Taal victims, thanks donors and volunteers!

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
