Angel Locsin really is a lot of things, being an an “OILbularyo” is one!




Ms. Janice De Belen recently revealed on one her Instagram posts one cool thing about Angel Locsin.


On her Instagram story, Angel can be seen pretty busy mixing her essential oils in between takes of their primetime hit series “The General’s Daughter” and it was captioned: “OILBULARYO @therealangellocsin [smiley face] at least i’m not the only one who brings my hobbies to work [smiley face].”


It probably is the first time to be known to public that the local showbiz’s “Action-Drama Queen” is a fan of essential oils’ amazing scents and old-fashioned health remedy.


A netizen who goes by the handle @AlingNaeNae was quick to repost this cute video on Twitter with the caption that says, “Napaka-cute na Oilbularyo! Hihihi @143redangel Yung may sarili syang mundo sa isang sulok at nagmi-mix ng kanyang mga essential oils. #TGDHuli”


On the video, Angel can be heard saying, “I’m oilbularyo eh,” when she noticed that she’s being filmed by Ms. Janice De Belen who joked, “Nambabarang.”


How cute can you get, Angel?

Essential oils are basically volatile liquids that are extracted from plants.




They are now making their way to mainstream providing variety of health benefits through ingestion, aromatherapy and topical application.


Just like Angel, you may use scent diffusers and mixi oils in spray bottles for mood lifting and removing unpleasant smells.


In fact, there are several aromatic oils to choose from that can do more than just set a room's vibe.

The couple and their team who are behind the #UniTentWeStandPH campaign have donated 12x24 isolation tents to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center that would be used for persons under investigation and COVID-19 patients. The said campaign aims to help address overcrowding amid the surge of cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) by providing additional room at hospitals operating at full capacity due to the pandemic. 22 hospitals have already received isolation tents and Angel is set to provide tents to 38 more in the coming days. Angel Locsin’s stance on ABS-CBN Closure: “Hindi ako uupo at mananahimik”

Earlier this afternoon, National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) orders ABS-CBN to halt its broadcast operations following the expiration of its franchise. This means that more than 11,000 employees of ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will lose their source of income and it was rather heartbreaking as this shutdown of the Philippines’ biggest broadcast network comes at worst possible time amid pandemic. Darna to the rescue! A closer look to the sleeping tents for our health workers provided by Angel Locsin, Neil Arce and team!

On her Instagram account, Angel Locsin with her fiance Neil Arce and their team launched a "Donate a Bed" project. They aim to source out spare beds from their industry friends which will be used in the sleeping tents for health workers that they are going to set-up. A day after they collected the beds, the team began setting up the sleeping tents and after two days of hard work, they are able to turn-over the fully furnished sleeping tents to Taguig's local government unit. If you are wondering how the sleeping tents look like from the inside or how the security and sanitation on the area works, Niña Aquino, one of the volunteers who helped setting up the tents gave some details about that matter on her Facebook account. According to Aquino, there are receptionist with complete PPE to facilitate registration. There are also security guards roving 24 hours to ensure safety and tents will be disinfected and and will be cleaned regularly.

After visiting evacuation centers in Batangas, Angel Locsin made an accounting and lists down donated goods to Taal Volcano eruption victims. Known for her humanitarian efforts, the actress thanked everyone who helped her for this initiative which includes her family, friends in the industry and fans.
